Today I tried making Shiroi Koibito (White Chocolate Cream Biscuits), but without the white chocolate orz orz So only the biscuit. Because I didn't have enough time. )-: And I had no templates and my piping sucks. The shapes are so irregular..! >:
I don't know if any of you are familiar with Shiroi Koibito but it's quite famous. It's from Hokkaido. It consists of white chocolate sandwiched between two langue de chat or crisp, thin biscuits. And uhh this is pretty lame of me but I haven't eaten Shiroi Koibito before orz I hope I can try them sometime :-) If anyone wants to check it out, this is their website: http://www.ishiya.co.jp/english/
